On 25th April, our Prefect Team hosted a successful joint school leadership training day, bringing together prefects from four secondary schools: Kiangsu-Chekiang College (Shatin), Shun Lee Catholic Secondary School, Pope Paul VI College, and Salem-Immanuel Lutheran College. In total, 60 prefects gathered at Ti-I to participate in this collaborative leadership development event.
The day began with lively ice-breaking activities that helped everyone get comfortable and engaged. This was followed by a seminar where experienced prefect leaders shared valuable insights and experiences, inspiring the participants. In the afternoon, the prefects took part in a challenging team-building activity designed to promote cooperation, communication, and leadership skills.
It was a rewarding experience for all involved, fostering a spirit of camaraderie across different schools and strengthening the leadership qualities of our prefects.
